Project rules

Project rules

One set of rules for the game, the chat and trading. Support and moderators reference these numbers verbatim — 2.5.4 always means the same thing.

1.User obligations

1.1

To observe the rules and obligations set out in this document, the rules of the official Discord server and the rules of the VKontakte group.

1.2

To respect other users and their right to take part in the game, and not to create situations that obstruct other users’ play. The project administration reserves the right to judge users’ actions and situations under this rule at its own discretion.

1.3

To secure your own accounts and in-game valuables against the ill intent of third parties yourself. Where a user has disclosed their own personal in-game information, the administration will not assist in restoring the privacy of the disclosed information or the safety of in-game valuables.

1.4

To play honestly, without deliberately breaking game mechanics in order to exploit the broken mechanics afterwards — commonly known as bugs and dupes.

1.5

To comply with the laws of the Russian Federation, the laws of the country in which the user currently resides and of the country of which they are a citizen. The user alone is answerable for any offence committed through the game. The project administration bears no responsibility for a user’s actions.

2.Prohibited conduct

2.1

Doing any of the following with their accounts: selling, exchanging, gifting, transferring, or spreading information about an intention to do so, whether personally or through other users.

2.2

Carrying out or taking part in the following with any in-game valuables, including in-game currency: buying and/or selling them for out-of-game valuables; exchanging them for out-of-game services; transferring them to settle out-of-game debts.

2.3

Spamming (sending repetitive or meaningless messages more often than once a minute) in any chat connected with the game, and using those chats for subjects unrelated to the game.

2.4

Placing intellectual property in the game world that does not belong to the user and for which they have no permission from the rights holder. Concealing or removing copyright information.

2.5

Distributing, advertising, using or supporting:

2.5.11. Groups or media spaces that call for the project rules to be broken.
2.5.22. Software intended to gain an advantage over other users by automating play (macros; bot software, including software that assists aiming or the detection of other users’ characters in the game world).
2.5.33. Software intended to degrade the stability of the game servers; that affects other users’ play; or that alters your in-game capabilities or access to administrative tools.
2.5.44. Malware intended to steal users’ personal data, passwords or account details, and malware aimed at the covert use of users’ computer resources.
2.5.55. Information about discovered flaws, bugs and shortcomings in the game. (Such information is to be reported only to the project administrators.)
2.5.66. Information about media spaces created in order to circumvent or break the rules, and/or to attempt to disrupt the game and its processes.
2.6

Doing the following in respect of the site, the game, the client or the launcher:

2.6.11. Decompiling, investigating or decrypting game files, or analysing the source code.
2.6.22. Modifying them in any way.
2.6.33. Distributing modifications.
2.6.44. Distributing information about how to modify them.
2.7

Spreading false information among users. Deliberately misleading other users or spreading rumours. Defaming other users or the project without grounds.

2.8

Creating accounts with names similar to those of the administration; impersonating the administration; speaking on the administration’s behalf.

2.9

Withholding information about other users’ use of prohibited software, modifications or game exploits.

2.10

Committing wrongful acts or breaking the rules and justifying it as «role-play» or «trying to build atmosphere».

2.11

Advertising any resources inside the game without the administration’s permission.

2.12

Deliberately searching for flaws in the gameplay, the game code or modifications, unless you are an official tester.
